CO-FOUNDER, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERGabrielle is a growth and operations leader who turns ambiguity into execution. She began her career in hospitality and restaurants, then worked as a salesperson and broker for specialty food imports with brands such as Greenhook Ginsmiths, McConnell’s Fine Ice Cream, Regalis, OMed, and Olympia Provisions. That work grounded her belief that connection and storytelling, paired with clear strategy and effective partnerships, drive lasting results.
At Figure 8 Logistics she led client growth and programs for clients including PepsiCo Local Eats and Sticky’s Finger Joint, delivering scalable campaigns, managing complex RFPs, and launching cross-functional initiatives on tight timelines. She has also worked in tech at seed stage and unicorn companies, including Choco, and in the nonprofit sector with Rethink Food, building partnerships and revenue programs that translated strategy into measurable outcomes.
At ADEA Gabrielle leads go-to-market, client strategy, and partnerships. She scopes and runs Signature Audits, converts stakeholder input into clear operational roadmaps, and stands up processes teams can use every day. She selects tools that fit real workflows, holds vendors accountable to outcomes, manages sales teams with practical enablement and pipeline discipline, and sharpens outward brand communications through sales strategy and strong interpersonal relationships. Her approach is human first and data-informed, with a firm bias toward execution and results.

She began her career in research, earning a Ph.D. in computational chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she built data models that simplified intricate systems into actionable insights, a throughline that shapes her approach to operations today.
Before co-founding ADEA, Leah led operational strategy at Figure 8 Logistics, working with enterprise clients including PepsiCo, Steak ’n Shake, and Playa Bowls.
