Gabrielle Sherman

CO-FOUNDER, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Gabrielle is a growth and operations leader who turns ambiguity into execution. She began her career in hospitality and specialty food, managing sales and broker relationships for brands including Greenhook Ginsmiths, Regalis, and Olympia Provisions. At Figure 8 Logistics she led client growth and programs for clients including PepsiCo, managing complex RFPs and launching cross functional initiatives on ambitious timelines .

She has worked in tech at both seed stage and unicorn companies, including Choco, and joined CornerUp as a founding team member where she helped grow and scale the application and customer base while sharpening product and user experience. Across roles,these experiences have given her a rare perspective on how teams actually scale across contexts, stages and industries.

She anchors every engagement in assess, diagnose, execute, adapt, mapping how work really gets done, clarifying ownership, right sizing tool stacks, and installing automation where it reliably saves time. The result is practical change that teams adopt and leadership can measure.

Leah Bowers, Ph.D

CO-FOUNDER, CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Leah is a systems-minded operator and strategist who turns complexity into clarity. She began in computational chemistry, earning a Ph.D. for building data models that distilled intricate systems into usable insights, and brings that same rigor to operations. At Figure 8 Logistics she led operational strategy for enterprise brands including PepsiCo, Steak ’n Shake, and Playa Bowls, aligning cross-functional teams and designing data-driven processes that scaled digital programs. She has also advised startups and nonprofits on organizational design and data strategy. Across roles, her focus has been consistent: translate data into decisions and design systems that teams can use every day.

She co-founded ADEA to bring rigor and empathy to operational change. Leah leads strategic operations planning, AI and business intelligence assessments, and end-to-end process diagnostics. She anchors every engagement in assess, diagnose, execute, adapt, mapping how work actually gets done, clarifying ownership, and ensuring technology truly enables growth. Her bias is toward measurable outcomes and durable enablement so teams keep moving after the projects conclude and leadership can track progress.
